CENTURY 21 American Homes associate development training programs have been a benchmark of the company’s success. CENTURY 21 American Homes’ training has started or advanced the successful real estate careers of hundreds of professionals throughout Long Island.

With programs for newly licensed associates and advanced programs for the seasoned pro, including Commercial real estate, CENTURY 21 American Homes associates can attend live professional training at either our formal training center or branch locations. We believe that the delivery of the information is as important as the material. Each program is taught by highly skilled instructors who have a keen understanding of the subject material. Agent Success

For the newly licensed or for those experienced associates seeking to bring their career to the next level, CENTURY 21 American Homes Agent Success Program offers a 2 hour training module each week. Offering 20 different Success topics there is a wealth of information for each agent attending. Agent Success immerses sales associates into the daily activities and responsibilities of a real estate professional. It further brings the many tools and systems of the company to the Agent in an easy to understand, practical format allowing the Agent to actually apply them to their personalbusiness practice.

Quick Start to Success

An up and running thirty day schedule of activities that will place the new associate firmly on the road to success. The high intensity classroom curriculum is combined with mentored field training. Accountability is the foundation of any successful mentoring program. Our Sales Training is "hands on" instead of a "lecture” or video.

Century 21 Learning System (CLS)

To help you gain and maintain the skills you need to continually enhance your business and excel in your real estate profession, the CENTURY 21 Learning System® (CLS) offers training for Managers and their Sales Associates at every level. The Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP) is designed for agents who are comfortable prospecting and successfully closed several transactions but are not performing at their optimal production level. PEP is a process which gives agents the opportunity to set realistic goals and track their progress on a weekly basis, while revisiting the basics marketing themselves and their services. All agents are invited to register, however Managers have to enroll before their agents since agents cannot attend without a manager.

New Agent Orientation –If you're new to Real Estate, CREATE 21 Golden Edition is the first program you should take as you begin your career with Century 21. In this program you will learn the basics of real estate over a 4-week live, online course which consists of topics such as listening skills, prospecting scripts and how to effectively work with Buyers, Sellers, FSBOs and Expired Listings

Top 21 Brainstorming Summit –Available on an invitation only basis, this quarterly breakout session is for the top producing Agents in the company. It introduces new topics, as well as reinforces current events or challenges top Agents face in ever changing markets. Improving the associate’s skills is the primary objective although the round table discussion with other serious, high level Agents fosters camaraderie and networking opportunities company wide.

Commercial Training –Includes an array of special seminars for both the experienced commercial specialist and those wanting to enter the commercial real estate field. Topics include The Basics to Commercial Real Estate Success and The 1031 Exchange.

Success Coaching –The most important aspect of the CENTURY 21 American Homes Training Program. Less than 20% of real estate associates have a business plan. CENTURY 21 American Homes believes without a detailed business plan to answer key questions about your business and provide you with a platform for future growth your success in real estate is more difficult to obtain. Our real estate coaching and business planning outlines and evaluates all aspects of your real estate business and establishes a specific roadmap and process on how you will achieve your goals. A good business plan starts with your "Wish List". How much do you wish to earn as a real estate agent, your ultimate goal, guides you through the process of examining the key aspects of generating positive income: Revenue, Expenses and Business Development. CENTURY 21 American Homes Sales Associates who apply basic business planning principles to their real estate practice are always more successful.
